Queen Elsa, has spoken...

Well another snow day has made its way into our hearts and backyards. Queen Elsa decided we needed a little more winter white in our wardrobes.

Now even though it is very beautiful, I still need to have a talk with Mr groundhog he really need to come to an agreement with his shadow.

Since we have been blessed with this weather let's make the best of it. What to do with the kiddos. Of course the obvious. Snowball fights, create Olaf, or queen Elsa snow castle. Sled, slide and roll. Oh the possibilities are endless in the snow.

Since there is no school, why not use this time as a learning experience. Shhhhh don't tell them they are learning just diguise it as a game and they will never know. "Insert evil laugh"

Here are some activities to try:

1.color Icicles  (www.housingaforest.com)

2.DIY snow globe ,this tutorial is with leaves substitute snowflakes  (www.frugalfun4boys.com)

3. Snowstorm in a jar (pintrest growing a jewel rose)

4. Balloon tennis.

There are so many more games to play this will get you started.

Have fun guys and stay sane while enjoying these snow days.
